Scheduler

Click Scheduler to open the Schedule Audience page.

The Schedule Audience page lists the schedule processes set up via the Diagnose page (See Diagnose).

The list will display the name of the audience file, the activation platforms which will consume the audience file and the frequency for sending notifications.

By default, the process that was added last will be displayed at the top of the list. Also, the last process details will be expanded displaying the list of issues in customer acquisition/engagement/retention/reactivation that will be dealt by the scheduled process and the customer count that will be engaged. The other scheduled processes will be displayed minimized.
