Kognitiv Pulse provides analytical views on the status of the brand-customer relationship to enable planning customer engagement programs to widen the customer base, improve brand loyalty, increase sales and reach business goals.
Pulse uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to analyze the customer purchase records to determine how well the customers are engaged with the brand. The Pulse reports will also categorize the customers using Kognitiv’s proprietary SmartJourney® segmentation methodology. In addition, Pulse identifies the customers from each segment that need to be engaged and provide an interface to engage those recommended customers via systems set up downstream.
